Spirit working in the believer

Psalms 3:3-4

The Lord is a shield for us, our glory and lifter of our heads!

Victory comes from God so we should remember this as we walk.

Let the rivers of living water flow from each believer.

John 4

This speaks of the Spirit working in the believer.

Starting from the day of Pentecost onwards the early church walked on in the power of the Holy Spirit. We as believers are supposed to walk like that.

The supernatural manifestation of the Spirit was evident. Let’s take a challenge to read through the book of Acts and see for ourselves the things the people did by God’s power and Spirit.

All those who have received the Holy Spirit in their lives are clothed with Supernatural power every time we worship. May we be filled and walk on in this power every day of our lives.

May the Holy Spirit manifest His presence and may His power be seen in us. May the gifts of the Spirit be evident in us.

May we all manifest the 9 gifts of the Spirit. These gifts make us effective in our work of ministry.

Jesus acknowledged that all He did was through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is no more here with us but the very own Spirit of God is in us Jesus’ followers.

We ought to walk in the power of God and progress in the same. This is so that God’s ministry will continue on this earth so that multitudes will still be touched in this life like before.

It’s only through us the Body of Christ that God reaches out to others.

The manifestation is not just speaking in tongues but all the 9 gifts coming down on us.

There’s no evidence that the gifts of the Spirit were taken away or were only during the times of the early church alone. So let’s seek God and through prayer expect to receive and manifest these gifts.

The new door is that something Supernatural is going to start and manifest in Jesus’ name by the power of the Holy Spirit.

God is transforming things and is actively doing mighty things among us in this season. He desires that every believer be able to move in these gifts.

1 Corinthians 12:7 says that spiritual gifts are given to all of us as long as we’re believers.

These gifts only work when we walk in love hence let’s gear our selves us up to walk in love.

No power of hell or on earth can stop us.

Acts 9:13-16

All who desire will see the power and the presence of God will be released through us like a river.

It’s God who has separated and sanctified us so let’s Praise Him then we’ll see His Best for our lives.

Even Famines carry Gods’ purposes

Today as we face famine in this world, we are reminded of many famines mentioned in the Word of God. Few escaped to near by places while few remained in the land and faced the famine. Naomi was one among them who tried to escape the famine by lodging in Moab. On the other […]

At Your Name / Praise Him Forever / Jesus at the Center (No other Name)

“Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles. I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger— Those who rejoice in My exaltation.” Isaiah 13:2,3 The Lord gives this command over His people, His sanctified ones, His chosen warriors to the execution of His will upon Babylon, the enemy nations, every power and principality that rises up against us – lift up your banner, raise your voice and cry out, let those who rejoice in God’s exaltation and promotion, come up through the gates. The Lord is to display His power and excellence in sovereignty in this way:

Therefore I will shake the heavens, And the earth will move out of her place, In the wrath of the Lord of hosts And in the day of His fierce anger.” Isaiah 13:2,3,13 Be not faint-hearted, nor afraid, or terrified, and do not ever give in to panic before your enemies, do not let him gloat over you (Deut. 20.1-4). When we stand without fright before the enemy it is a sign to him, that he will be destroyed, and that we will be saved (Philip. 1.28).

Remember this as we stand in the front line of fire as we worship, that we have a God who said that He will shake up the heavens and the earth and break the chains of those who rise up against us. Fear not, and sing, raise up a battle cry, for the Lord our God goes before us, fights for us, against our enemies, and gives us victory.

NEED PRAYER?

There are times when life is overwhelming, when all we have is questions. In those moments, hope can feel far away. The great thing about prayer is that it shifts our perspective toward the One who stands ready to listen. No matter what you’re facing, we’d love to pray with you!
