Your gift shall make a way for you before Kings.
We need to be led by the Spirit of the Lord in all to we do!
It’s amazing when you’re a child of God because you don’t have to worry what you’ll say before people as He’ll give you knowledge and understanding of things you’ll need to say before people. It doesn’t matter whether it’s in business or ministry, God shall be with you!
THE WORD OF GOD!
There are two scenarios when you come into God’s presence: because it is His business!
When we’re before him, it’s only him who can make us holy, righteous and perfect. We didn’t save ourselves but He sent his own begotten son when we were dead in sin. In the Holy of holies, it’s all about Him.
In His presence, He makes us what He wants us to be.
After He releases us, He sends out to use us. When we set out of His presence, it’s upon us to choose once we’ve been equipped with power and authority! It’s up to us to encourage ourselves in the Lord!
When Jesus was tempted, He always referred to the written word of God! When you’re tempted, what word do you hold onto?
The Power of life and death is in the power of the tongue.
Let’s go past the crowds of people and accept to be God’s child and be in His presence.
All of us came into God’s family by declaring our salvation with our mouth. There’s so much power in our mouths.
How do we become victorious in this world? It’s about what we say and how we speak. Whatever we say has power!
What we say as children of God shall change the world we stay in. What happened to the declarations we used to speak forth once we had just got saved? Let’s keep declaring God’s goodness and we shall see God’s word come to life.
Look at the gentleman who was at the poolside who kept giving excuses about his situation. Let’s just speak God’s word and we shall see a change when say, “Enough is enough!”
God was with Joseph who was forgotten in prison for a long time. Joseph had tuned his mind to declare God’s goodness until things actually turned around! The things he did and said were glorious.
Could we be missing opportunities because we’re not declaring God’s word and promises over our lives? Let’s hold onto the word because it’s all we need!
Think of the things in your life that you really need to be declared against.
After having faith, the next step is to say the word and it shall happen!
If a prophet in the Old Testament spoke to dry bones and they came back to life, how much more us? Think of a situation in your life and speak the word of God so that that mountain is moved!
Hold on to that word as it’s God’s word!
As we speak the word, we’re speaking life because that word is alive and it can cut asunder situations! He that is in me is greater than the world!
There are some things that would happen in the Bible that would catch Jesus’ attention like Lazarus’ sisters after his death.
Some things touch the core of Jesus’ heart and he’ll do something. We need to be able to trust God and ask him whether in this situation I need to wait for a solution from him or to speak a word in it. If people ask you questions, yell them your God is in control and he’ll do something about it. Let’s speak as he speaks. Somethings won’t happen to us until he says a word.
This week we shall have testimonies if we take a stand and say something about our situations. Speak to the mountain until it shall be moved.
The truth that you know about the scripture or word of God that will set you free. We’ve got to stand on some scriptures and believe God to make a way.
The truth that you know and hold onto is what shall set you free.
Jesus didn’t quote the whole Bible but just a few verses that were required. In your situation, ask God for a word which he shall give you to stand upon.
The word of God can’t go forth and come back void.
Once the word of God is sent out, you’ll see a reaction. That’s how the word of God is! The situation will bow to the word. We’re victorious because we speak the word of God into the situation. The proclaimed word is powerful and if we use our utterance, we’ll see the Lord’s salvation.
Daniel and his 3 friends had such confidence because they knew who they were.
They were asked if any God would save them from the burning furnace. They declared that their God would deliver them. They countered the situation with a declaration of the word of God! When a situation comes against you, counter it with a declaration of the word of God!
In Genesis 1 God did create the whole world from nothing!
When we look good, we make God look good! Don’t shy away from that tough moment but trust Him to use your situation for someone else to know Him!
Sometimes what you’ll go through will be someone to come and see the power of God. Nothing can bring you down but it’s there to make you stronger. God will set you up for a moment of glory.
Father, forgive them!
Lk.23:34, ‘Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”And they divided His garments and cast lots.’ Christianity stands on this cornerstone of forgiveness. Had Jesus not prayed this prayer on the cross, the story would be different. It’s amazing that the only reason we have to say for the great hope of […]
The Jews were expecting a different kind of King born in a palace but Here was Jesus who was born from a lowly background and was therefore denied by them. Pilate and the Romans had no fault with Jesus but because of the pressure to keep his position with the people, he took a decision against him.
Did you notice that Jesus’ life could not be faulted by anyone in any way? This is the same way we should let our lives shine in a holy manner before God and before Men.In this place, Pilate sins by sentencing an innocent man because of wanting to keep a world position!
There are 3 scenes in this portion of scripture and 2 of them are based on people and one is about a place.
Message from The Word – The Scenes on the Path of Calvary – Pastor Blessen Cherian – 12th July 2019
There are times when life is overwhelming, when all we have is questions. In those moments, hope can feel far away. The great thing about prayer is that it shifts our perspective toward the One who stands ready to listen. No matter what you’re facing, we’d love to pray with you!
